Community Resilience Self-Assessment
Self-assessment · short version

How ready is your community for the next economic shock?

Wildfire, a mill closure, a flood or a highway cut off for weeks. This self-assessment checks the plans, studies and programs a resilient community is expected to have, across nine pillars. You get a scorecard showing where you're strong and where the gaps are.

How to answer

For each item, pick the option that best describes where your community stands today. If you don't know, choose Not sure. That's useful too, and it won't count against your score.

This is a self-assessment. Your answers reflect your own knowledge and perspective, and that’s the point. Different people in the same community often see things differently. For the fullest picture, invite other local leaders and organizations to take it too, then compare results together.

0Not started · Nothing exists or is under way
1In progress · Scoped, funded or under way
2Done, but outdated · Over 5 years old or no longer fits
